Registration for PROV: Rocky Mountain House Horseback Trail Ride Spring 2022 is Closed

This event is tentatively scheduled based on AHS, CTR and Venue Guidelines at the time of the event.

Join other families from across the province as we take part in a relaxing guided trail ride and Hot Dog lunch. When you set off on your adventure to Wilderness Village Resort, you'll notice how easy everything is. From the car ride out, to the trail ride itself, this is an adventure made for you. Ride will bring you through the beautiful forest of Crimson Lake Provincial Park. As an added bonus students and families will have the opportunity to learn about horse care prior to the 1 hour ride. There is also a petting zoo and a few other activities on site

Hot dog, bag of chips and a beverage included

All Riders must be a minimum of 8 years old. Pony rides are also available

Risks: The general risks possible at all school events are listed in the Acknowledgment of Risk and Informed Consent below. Mitigating factors for each risk are stated as well. If you have questions or concerns please contact the Program Enhancement Coordinator hosting the event.

Supervision: Supervision ratios will be in accordance with CTR School Board policy, School Physical Activity, Health & Education Resource for Safety, and venue requirements. Links may be found in the Program Enhancement Information section of the Events Newsletters.

Sibling participation Siblings are unable to register for this program but are allowed to take part in the lunch. If you are interested in registering a non CFL child please email dhayles@redeemer.ab.ca
