Registration for PROV: FRANKSLIDE & BELLEVUE UNDERGROUND MINE TOUR: 2023-2024 is Closed

Frank Slide: Learn why Turtle Mountain fell and if another rockslide will come down. An Interpretive Centre Guide will lead us on a 1.5km trail through the rock debris to discover the facts first-hand. We will return to the Centre and watch a movie about the disaster. You will never forget the amazing stories of tragedy and triumph you will hear during your visit to the Frank Slide Interpretive Centre.

Bellevue Mine: Tour the authentic underground coal mine. Experience what it was like to be in the coal mine. The tour will take you 300 meters horizontally into the mine, but at the end of the tour you are 150 feet below the surface. The Bellevue Underground Mine interprets the history of Western Canadian mining communities through its tours. It is an historical adventure which brings wonder to the hearts and minds of our visitors.
